• You will be notified when the product has been posted along with a tracking number.

• We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.

• Please note: Average lead times are 10 - 18 working days + the normal delivery lead times. 

• The expected date is an estimate and we recommend allowing one week leeway if purchasing for an event. 

• If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order them separately.
